Ticket Information and Policies

Ticket Fees

A per ticket fee applies to all online and phone sales. This fee varies based on the cost of the ticket. There is no fee for tickets purchased in person. Fees may vary for outside events such as SG Danceworkz and Home and Community Options.

Payment

The Box Office accepts cash, check, and all major credit cards. Payment is required at the time of order. The box office can not accept unpaid reservations.

Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are final and tickets cannot be refunded. We are happy to issue you a donation receipt for your unused tickets. Page Series subscribers may exchange tickets for another event within the current season, if available. No refunds will be issued for exchanged events that vary in price. All ticket holders (season subscribers and individual ticket purchasers) may exchange seats for the same performance to accommodate unforeseen needs such as additional guests or an injury that requires aisle or accessible seating.

Ticket Delivery

Tickets ordered by phone or online may be printed at home or picked up at the Box Office any time during our daily business hours or one hour prior to the performance. We are happy to mail your tickets to you for a fee of $2 per order. Ticket delivery options may vary for non-Saint Mary’s events.

Group Sales

Groups of 10 or more may receive a discount off the regular ticket price for Page Series events. Click here to learn more.

Waiting Lists
For sold out performances, a waiting list will begin one hour prior to the performance time. Patrons may sign up for the waiting list in person at the Box Office, and should any tickets become available, they will be sold on a first come, first served basis. We cannot guarantee that those on the waiting list will be seated together.
Student and Youth Tickets
For Saint Mary’s Arts and many Page Series events, student tickets are offered to students age 4 through high school, as well as to students of any age who present a valid college or university ID. Limit one ticket per student per event. For some events, a youth ticket is also available for those ages 17 and under.

For the comfort and safety of all patrons, all audience members attending performances, regardless of age, are required to have their own ticket.

Ticket Types may vary for events presented by area groups and facility renters.

Senior Tickets
For Saint Mary’s Arts and many Page Series events, a senior ticket rate is available for those aged 62 and older.
Theatre Etiquette
Please be mindful of your fellow audience members and refrain from wearing strong perfumes and colognes.

Please silence and refrain from using electronic devices during the performance.

Photography, videography, and audio recording is strictly prohibited due to copyright and out of concern for the safety of performers.

Concessions
Concessions are offered in the Ben Miller Lobby before many of the performances and at intermission. Patrons are allowed at the discretion of the house manager to take beverage purchases made in the lobby back to their seat. Food may not be consumed in the theatre at any time.
Family Events
The Page Series presents performances each year that are designed to accommodate families and young children. These events start at 6:30 p.m., and, unless otherwise noted, last approximately 60 minutes.

Parents are encouraged to explore the artists and content of Page Series and Saint Mary’s Arts performances to determine appropriateness for their children.

We apologize for any inconvenience, but at this time, Performance Center facilities and programs are not equipped to serve the needs of infants or toddlers under 4 years of age.

For the comfort and safety of all patrons, all audience members attending performances, regardless of age, are required to have their own ticket.

The Performance Center strives to be accessible to all patrons. Please click here for more information about available accessibility services, or contact us to discuss your needs. You will also have the opportunity to share your needs during the ticket order process.
